Join the online master class - do Irene & Ed's favorite lessons for maintaining mobility, power, and comfort. (Open to anyone who has taken in-person classes or sessions from us.)

This includes:

  • An online monthly class that you can do live, or at your convenience.

  • Membership in a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, discuss your experience with the lessons, and learn from other people committed to improving their mobility and movement skills.

  • Access to a library of online lessons and short "recaps" you can do anytime. Each 4 minute recap is a quick way to retrieve and improve the ease and organization you experienced during the lesson.
