It's time for a
Feldenkrais lesson ...
-
If you're ready
to get out of pain, feel more energetic, and more
coordinated when you dance.
-
If you and your
partner have frame challenges you'd like to solve.
-
If you'd like to
learn quick things you can do on your own to reset yourself
into comfort.
We also teach
private dance lessons to get you started with social dancing:
Night-club 2-step, West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Smooth
Lindy, Cross-step Waltz, or Salsa.
We love teaching big
groups: we've taught dance and Feldenkrais lessons at dance
camps, conferences, retreats, fundraisers, people's homes,
community center birthday parties, assisted living facilities,
and professional organization meetings. Give us a call to
discuss your needs.
In our 40's, as we began to have
the time to enjoy dancing again, our bodies didn't cooperate. We
discovered the
Feldenkrais Method, and now that we're in our late
50's, we're loving the increased comfort, balance, and dance
endurance we've found as a result of our own practice of the
Feldenkrais Method. We'd love to share this with you!

What dancers
say after sessions with us:
"My feet don't hurt anymore when I dance. I actually
made it to the end of the dance last night."
"I'd
given up daily dancing, as it just took too long to
recover. Now I'm back."
"I've
started getting complements on how light I am on my
feet."
"Last night, five different follows thanked me for
having such a clear lead."
"I
haven't had a single back spasm since the class."
"I can
double-spin now. Yeah!"
"My wife and I have stopped fighting on the dance
floor."
"I despaired at ever getting my hips flexible enough
for Latin dance styles. It has been surprisingly easy to
learn, once I discovered I have ribs that move."
"I'm
better able to incorporate teachers' feedback in class -
somehow I can understand it better and actually make the
changes they ask for now.
"I never thought my husband could become so graceful."
