What to expect: Gentle fun movement exploration
that makes you feel more limber and more comfortable doing daily movements
like getting up from a chair and walking. Participants say their arms
swing easier, neck pain is down, posture and symmetry improves, and it gets
easier to walk on uneven ground.
Topics are based on
participants' challenge areas: upcoming topics include posture,
speaking, swallowing, smiling, handwriting, incontinence, vision,
constipation, difficulty peeing, sleep challenges, preventing and overcoming
freezing, rolling over in bed, going up and down stairs, stepping off curbs
...
