Each
workshop starts with a lesson that will help you use your feet
and legs for maximum power and comfort.
The second hour will
be a troubleshooting
session where we offer mini-lessons for your particular feet
challenges.
We use the
Feldenkrais Method®, a gentle and powerful
learning approach to help you improve how you move. You'll learn
how to coordinate your whole body so you don't overstress one
part.
For experienced and
new runners:
anyone who wants to prevent or recover from injury
and run with
more lightness, ease, and speed.
